My parents, Viv and Grant, drove up from New Hampshire to visit me in Toronto the first weekend in May. Their stay was really great, although I wish it was longer! The weather was beautiful so it made for a pleasant time sight seeing around the city.
Above is my Mom and I at Earl's the restaurant we ate at the first night they arrived. Below is all three of us on the rooftop of my building, you can see the blue light from the CN Tower right behind us.
My roommates joined us for breakfast the next morning at Cora's. Caroline, me, Janelle and Emma standing together here, all born with green eyes. :)
Mom, Dad and I posing in height order.
On Sunday of their trip we took a ferry over Lake Ontario to Toronto Islands across from downtown Toronto. You can see what a nice day it was in the photo below!
There was also a small petting zoo with a couple of animals, Dad was fascinated by the size of this pig and also how dirty his ears were.
Janelle came with us for the day trip, seen below on the right. We rented a 4-person bike, where everyone can pedal. Nice little bit of exercise for a sunny Sunday afternoon.
Here is Dad and Mom taking a turn driving in front of the bike.
There is a beach along the backside of the island. Below is Mom and I posing at the beach.
Here is Mom resting by the docks of Toronto Islands in front of the CN Tower. What a beauty! :)
