DRY DOCK Sagrada Familia in Barcelona

Sagrada Familia is a large Roman Catholic church designed by the famous Antoni Gaudi. Building began in 1882 and is anticipated to finish in 2026. Gaudi intended for it be an ongoing process.
This church is very well known and may be the most incredibly unique church buildings in the world. I certainly will never forget it. This is my favorite landmark I saw in my entire trip this year.

This is from the outside when you first walk up to stand in line for entry.

The colors of the stained glass are exquisite.

I would love to set a site-specific dance piece here. The second floor seen in the photos above and below would be a great place for the audience to watch the dancers down below.

The photo above was taken from a view point half way up from the outside of the church. It has so many different influences and themes in the architecture.

I bought a ticket to walk up the towers.
